2. Order Processing and Tracking

2.2 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation and tracking information, please contact us at support@spacey.us and we will be happy to assist you.

Products available for pre-order will ship according to the timeline stated on the product page. Pre-ordering secures your item in advance, and orders will be fulfilled once shipping begins.
